Questions & Answers

At the moment, Alkasa supports stores built on Shopify. Our marketplace integrates via a Shopify sales channel, which allows for fast, reliable syncing of products, inventory, pricing, and orders. If your store is on Shopify, onboarding typically takes under 2 minutes. Support for Wix stores is in our pipeline. If you're currently on Wix, we're happy to notify you once onboarding becomes available. If you migrate to Shopify in the future, onboarding is immediate.
